A Memorandum of Understanding between Bluefield State College and Istanbul Medipol University to promote student and faculty exchanges, collaborative research and information exchange was signed on December 3, 2019 by BSC Provost Dr. Ted E Lewis (seated/left) and Fulbright Scholar from Istanbul Medipol University Dr. Murat Culduz (seated/right). Also in attendance were Dr. Stephen Rowe (standing/left), of the Advisory Board of the Office of International Initiatives, and Dr. Sudhakar R Jamkhandi (standing/right), Director of the Office of International Initiatives.
