Request a Ride forms should be completed by international student-athletes and non-athlete tuition-paying international students and Honors Scholars who are also international students at the beginning and end of each semester.
Honors Scholars’ Requests for Rides to participate in conferences and Honors College related activities will be accommodated subject to availability of staff drivers.
Please fill out one of the forms below:
Non-student athletes’ (i.e., tuition-paying international students and Honors Scholars) requests will be received electronically by the Office of International Initiatives (OII) and will be addressed by the Office of International Initiatives.
International Student-athletes: Completed forms will be sent electronically to the Athletics Department, and requests for rides will be fulfilled exclusively by the Athletics Department.
