BSC President Delivers Program at Princeton Rotary Club
Bluefield State College President Robin Capehart told members of the Princeton Rotary Club that higher education needs to be nimble. “We don’t want to change for the sake of change, but we want to be able to change for the sake of improvement,” he told Rotarians at their April 26 weekly meeting.
Capehart, whose career experience includes service as West Virginia Secretary of Tax and Revenue, as well as President of West Liberty University, was named BSC’s Interim President earlier this year.
During the past three months, he has spoken at meetings of the Bluefield, WV, Bluefield, VA, and Princeton Rotary Clubs. He will also deliver the program at the Beckley Rotary Club’s May 14 meeting.
