The University Peer Mentors are para-professional undergraduate student staff who assist incoming first-year students with the transition to Bluefield State. Peer Mentors work alongside faculty, staff, students, and administrators to assist new students in becoming familiar with university policies, procedures, and resources. The staff are here to help new students address personal and academic issues, and to connect students with other peers in a meaningful and positive way. Peer Mentor offices are located on the ground floor of the Harris Jefferson Student Union. Go Big Blue!
