Raeann Osborne, BSC alumna (2010)

“Child Abuse, Child Advocacy & Mandate Reporters” Program at BSC

 

 

                Local attorney Raeann Osborne will be a featured presenter at a September 13 program, “Child Abuse, Child Advocacy & Mandate Reporters,” at Bluefield State College.  The program, which begins at 1 pm in the Basic Science Auditorium on BSC’s campus, is open to the public.

 

                A BSC Criminal Justice program graduate (2010), Ms. Osborne then continued her education at the Liberty University School of Law, receiving her law degree in 2013.  She has been a lawyer for eight years, with a focus on family court, juvenile abuse and neglect, and guardian ad litem work.  While at BSC, she received the Brian Delp Community Service and Leadership Award, and is actively involved as a Princeton Rotarian and volunteer at Lifeline Church.

 

                Osborne is a featured speaker in BSC nursing faculty member Kelli Sarver’s Health Promotion course.
