Home / Student Government Association Finance Request Form

This form is to be used to request funds from the BSU Student Government Association (SGA). Please bring a copy of this form with you to the SGA meeting when requesting funds. Please review the SGA criteria information related to requesting funds prior to completing the form located here.

Approval Process:  Finance Requests must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on the due date for each funding period.  Information on funding periods and due dates are available in the Office of Student Activities.  Finance Requests must be approved by the SGA Senate. 

Note:  One student representative of the recognized student organization knowledgeable of the funding request must attend the SGA meeting where your Finance Request is scheduled for discussion in order to answer questions that the committee may have.  Failure to include a detailed description and detailed budget including back up documents may result in the automatic denial of this request. Finance Requests forms must be completed by a student member of the recognized student organization.
