2025-2026 High School Completion Status

It takes a minimum of 5 to 10 days for all Verification forms and documentation to be reviewed.

The High School completion status question on the 2025-2026 FAFSA was left blank.  In order for our office to correct, you must provide one of the following.

Must attach one of the following documents with this form and return to the Financial Aid Office that indicates the student’s high school completion status for the 2025-2026 academic school year:

High School

• Provide a copy of your High School Diploma or
• A copy of a final transcript from the High School showing the graduation date

General Education Development (GED) or Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC)

• Provide a certification of completion of the GED or TASC
• A copy of the official GED Transcript that indicates you passed the exam

Home School Program

• A transcript of its equivalent that lists the courses completed by you and documents completion of high school.  The transcript or equivalent must be signed by your parent or guardian

Financial aid will not be processed if documentation is not attached to this form when returned.  If the student is unable to obtain the documentation listed above, he or she must contact the financial aid office.
