If your Legal Parent’s did not file a 2020 Tax Return: They must complete the 2022-2023 Income and Benefits Verification Form and provide 2020 IRS Non-Filing Statement

To obtain a 2020 Non-Filing Statement from the IRS, go to www.IRS.gov/transcript and click “Get a Tax Transcript.” Request the 2020 Non-filing statement” by Mail or Online or call 1-800-908-9946 to request by phone. Make sure to request the “2020 Non-filing. statement”.
