BSC Student Ambassadors Greet Guests and BSC Community to Conley Hall
Bluefield State College Student Ambassadors Kylah Webb (left) and Darren Crump (right) are pictured with BSC Provost Dr. Ted Lewis at the Conley Hall welcome & information desk. Dr. Lewis reestablished the Student Ambassadors program this semester. Students in the program greet visitors, BSC students and staff upon their arrival at Conley Hall.
“We are excited to revive our Student Ambassador program by staffing our welcome desk with these student workers,” noted Dr. Lewis. “Student Ambassadors serve as the face of Bluefield State by welcoming visitors as well as prospective students and their families to campus and assisting them with information about resources and services available at Bluefield State. Student Ambassadors are selected based on their personality, character, knowledge of our programs and services, communication skills, and enthusiasm to positively represent Bluefield State College. We welcome additional applicants for this important position.”
Any BSC student wishing to apply for a position as a Student Ambassador is encouraged to contact Darlene Gilley at dgilley@bluefieldstate.edu or 304-327-4069.
