The goals of the Bluefield State College Research and Development Corporation are to form partnerships and develop commitments for assistance from a wide spectrum of community based organizations in both the public and private sectors. The corporation will work to identify and eliminate barriers that inhibit access to technology training and market based development activities in communities served by Bluefield State College.
