CREDIT CARD SOLICITATION ON THE BLUEFIELD STATE COLLEGE CAMPUSES

SECTION 1.  GENERAL

1.1       Scope -This rule establishes the procedures regarding credit card solicitation at       BSC

1.2       Authority - West Virginia Code §18B-14-10

1.4       Effective Date – October 16, 2003                                               

SECTION 2.  POLICY

2.1       Bluefield State College prohibits credit card marketers from:

            a.         solicitation on its campuses

            b.         offering tangible gifts to students in exchange for completing a credit card application

            c.         the use of student lists for the purpose of soliciting applications for credit   cards
