Special Meeting for Nomination for Classified Emeritus Nomination

May 3, 2006

Members Present: Rick Akers, Carol Baldwin, Daniel "Frosty" Frost, Tracie Goss, Fred Hardee, Lisa Neel, and Michele Noe.

Member voting by email proxy: Berreda Ratliff.

Chair, Carol Baldwin called the meeting to order at 2:00 in the Conference Room in Basic Science.

Carol went over the list of eligible retirees as well as the list of former recipients. Nominations were accepted and a vote was taken. A motion was made and seconded by Hardee/Neel to accept the two nominations on the table and forward their names on to the president.

With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned by Carol.
