Dr. Sergej Zhigulev from Kostroma Russia:

BSC host its first ever Fulbright Scholar in Residence Dr. Sergey Zhigulev from Kostroma State University. Sergey  taught Russian, People's History of 20th Century Russia, and The Psyche of Communist Russia. He also helped to establish an institutional partnership between Kostroma State University and Bluefield State College to sustain student study abroad, faculty exchanges, and joint research projects.
