The Registrar’s Office provides direct support to students, staff, and faculty through services such as ensuring the integrity of student records for the college, the planning and execution of registering of students each semester, evaluating transfer credit, issuing grades, and academic transcripts. The Registrar’s Office also certifies that students have fulfilled all requirements for graduation. We pledge to treat every individual with courtesy and respect, to extend quality service with every transaction, and to make quality customer service our number one commitment.
The Registrar’s Office is located on the first floor of Conley Hall, room 101, on the main campus in Bluefield, WV. Regular office hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm. Monday through Friday.
