Call to Order – Chairman James Palmer III
Chairman James Palmer called the meeting to order at 6:09 p.m. in the Bluefield State College Othello Harris-Jefferson Student Center Private Dining Room. The group observed a moment of silence in honor and memory of Mrs. June Shott, long time friend and supporter of Bluefield State College. A committee which will include Mr. Norris Kantor, Ms. Ashley Froy, and Ms. Anne Crowe was formed to develop a resolution in honor of Mrs. Shott.
Executive Session
A motion was made (LGuy/LMorhous) to go into executive session at 6:15 p.m.
The group returned to regular session at 6:50 p.m.
Next Meeting Date – April 17, 2008
With no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned.
