Welcome to the Bluefield State BLACKBOARD information page. Blackboard is a Course Management System (CMS) that enables courses to be delivered online through teaching tools, learning tools, and course management tools. You will be able to get your username and password through the BS PASSPORT software. Once you are in, changing your password will change across the system.
