Elizabeth Belcher, Bluefield State College Director of Human Resources, has been recertified by the Soceity for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In a recertification letter to Belcher, Cornelia Cont, SHRM Manager/Program Administration, noted, "Your activities to keep current and updated in the field of human resource management most visibly demonstrate your individual professionalism."
