Palm Installed President of White Sulphur Springs Rotary Club

Michael Palm, Student Services Director at the Greenbrier Community College Center of Bluefield State College, has been installed as president of the White Sulphur Springs Rotary Club. Palm was presented with a president's pin by James K. Richter, retiring president of the service organization. Keynote speaker at the installation banquet was West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Larry V. Starcher.
