The Bluefield State College fall theatre production Common Ground was well received by audiences during three performances earlier this month.  Pictured (seated, left-to-right) are cast members Laura Vidinha, Fatima Al Asadi, Yvette Burch, (standing, l-to-r) Alex Ledgerwood, Dr. Sharon Bebout-Carr (director), Kerrie Burley and Samba Camara.  Common Ground is a compilation of personal narratives from Bluefield State College students that highlighted the challenges of being perceived as “different” and challenged its audience to form a community of welcome and inclusion.
